I would like to make the suggestion of making Expertise's energy reduction only work on ranger skills only.

Pfft no, that would kill my /Derv build, that would kill my /Para build, all work very nicely. Although i would like them to cap the Touch Skill part, I would never have to deal with another Touch Ranger again...bless...

No but seriously, it used to be you could not go One AB match without getting touched up, but now! i can't even do a quick RA or HB without getting touched up, its pathetic.

1) Suggestions belong in Sardelac.
2) Expertise change has already been suggested here. There's a search function for a reason.
